Collect Customer Details
The Akaroa Criterions booking system runs separately to their HubSpot so a alternative Check-in Form is created to gather key information.
Create the Email
The email template was created in the original setup, so this step is simple. Clone and add the latest month's guests. With an upgrade to Marketing Hub Professional, this process can be automated.
The Send Lists
Using the HubSpot Lists function, we create customised lists based on who has been a guest in the past month and who has not received a Google Review email historically.
